✿ policies ✿
• $30 (+$1.20 payment processing fee) non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment, which goes towards the total service price. NO deposit = NO appointment
• all services are first come, first serve. (clients are responsible for booking their own appointments!)
• cancellations/reschedules must be done at least 24 hours in advance, day of cancellations will need a new deposit to re-book with me. (i understand things happen, please be honest and open!)
• appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24 hours before initial appointment via appointment confirmation email.
• rescheduled appointments from my end will receive a 15% discount.
• no shows will NOT be able to re-book with me, please respect my time.
• i offer a 10 minute grace period, 15 minutes will be an extra $5 charge. appointments past 20 minutes will be automatically cancelled (nor allowed to reschedule) and will require a new deposit to book again.
• up to one guest is allowed but they must wait in the lobby area. large groups receiving service must also wait in the lobby as my suite can only accommodate one client at a time. due to professional equipment in my suite, children cannot be accommodated.
• phones, snacks, & eating are all welcomed! please just be mindful during your service ♡(^‿^)
• i have the right to refuse service(s), please respect me and the place of service.
✿ pricing & reward system ✿
• $30 non-refundable deposit is deducted from overall total at checkout in person.
• all nail services are BASE prices, design/nail art is not included into services and will be charged at checkout as price range varies per nail art tier selected.
• for accurate pricing quotes and nail art tier examples with pricing please refer to my website.
• price quote example: gel-x full set ($90** base price) + medium nail art ($25-45) ≈ $115-$135 range
• reward cards are given as a "thank you" to all clients!
• 10 punches -> 50% off left over service total (deposit is used to save and secure appointment spots and will already be deducted!)
✿ refunds/warranty ✿
• i do not offer refunds on services, but i can repair sets within 3 days of service date. (i.e. chipped or popped off nails, fallen gems, etc.)
• all sets are given 3 day warranty, repairs done after the 3 day period will be charged accordingly.
✿ other ✿
• appointments that are booked without nail art time may not be accommodated due to overlapping with other appointments; therefore, if a client does not book nail art i will only offer what i can do in the time allotted for the service.
• i do not work over foreign work unless discussed and approved. a soak off and new set is recommended, as i'm not sure what products were previously used. please add a soak off to your appointment if needed. (foreign removals not added will be charged $5 extra due to extra time that may be required).
• exact cash [preferred] or debit/credit/tap to pay (payment processing fees will be added to card payments)
• expect service to take between 2-4 hours as i do not rush, please plan accordingly.
